Cancellations
If your reservation is cancelled outside of 72 hours, a cancellation fee will be charged (£10 per person) and the remaining payment will be returned within 5 working days. In the event of a non-arrival or cancellation within 72 hours of the date of arrival, a charge equivalent to the total reservation at the package rate at which the reservation was made will be levied; in the instance of an online payment where monies have been paid no refund will be given in any circumstances.
Alternatively if you wish to amend your dates only, no charge will be made. Obviously should the new date be within a higher rates season, a surcharge will be applicable.
